Returns & Exchanges

The seller will gladly exchange or refund your unused purchase if you return it within 28 days of receipt. Unused or defective merchandise may be returned to the seller at any time with confirmation of purchase within 28 days from the date of purchase. Exchange goods may incur a further postal charge.

Please include the following with your returned items:
1. Copy of your invoice
2. Your full name and address
3. Your day time telephone number

Credit Card Refunds Refunds will only be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
